These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 399be ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at 399be.cam. By accessing, browsing or using the 399be platform in any manner — including registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close any registered account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English and govern all interactions with the 399be platform. Support is available in English and Urdu for the convenience of Pakistani users, however the English-language version of these Terms is the binding legal document in all cases.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 399be website accessible at 399be.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interface, application or service.
• "Account" means the personal registered user account created by an individual on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, reload bonus or other incentive awarded by the Platform to eligible Users.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager before Bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Platform before a User can access full account functionality.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the controls and procedures applied to detect and prevent financial crime on the Platform.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited or unlicensed.

To register and maintain an Account on 399be, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Age verification may be required before your account is fully activated.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate or third-party account registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntarily imposed exclusion agreement with this Platform or any platform sharing its responsible gambling controls.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your access and use.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

399be does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform. If we become aware that an Account has been registered by or on behalf of a minor, we will immediately close that Account, void any associated winnings and investigate the matter fully.

When registering an Account on 399be, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must not register using false, misleading or borrowed personal details. Any Account registered with materially false information may be closed without notice and any associated funds forfeited.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. If you are found to hold multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or through the use of alternative identities, devices, payment methods or household members — all associated Accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 399be will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

399be applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with the applicable operator's compliance obligations. We reserve the right to request verification documents from any Account holder at any time, including before processing a withdrawal or activating a Bonus.

Required verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport is typically accepted.
• Proof of residential address where required — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months.
• A selfie or liveness check photograph holding your identity document, as requested during the verification process.
• Proof of payment method ownership where the deposit method requires confirmation.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal or Bonus functionality on your Account until verification is completed satisfactorily.

By accessing the 399be Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is intended for adults who choose to engage in online gambling on their own volition and at their own financial risk.

You acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves financial risk. There is no guarantee of winning, and losses are a normal part of gambling activity.

All deposits to your 399be Account must be made through payment methods listed as available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options such as BTC or USDT — is subject to change and must be verified in the cashier before initiating any transaction.

You must only deposit funds that you legally own and that have been legitimately obtained. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be investigated in accordance with our AML obligations.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and may vary by payment method. Refer to the cashier for current applicable limits. All amounts on the Platform are processed in the currency specified in the cashier; where PKR values are referenced in promotional materials, they are illustrative unless confirmed by the operator's current terms.

399be does not charge deposit fees directly, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for verifying applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after your Account has completed all applicable KYC verification requirements. 399be reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to availability and operator policy. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the operator's current published timelines.

Withdrawal requests from accounts that have active Bonus balances or outstanding wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements have been met in full, or until the Bonus has been forfeited voluntarily by the User.

399be reserves the right to conduct enhanced security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. This may include requesting additional documentation or applying a temporary processing hold. Such measures are applied to protect the User and the integrity of the Platform.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins and other promotional offers made available through 399be are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual offer. These general Bonus terms apply in addition to any offer-specific terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount, the deposit amount or a combination of both. This must be met in full before Bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: During active Bonus wagering, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a Bonus is active will result in the immediate forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute a reduced percentage. Refer to the individual offer terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window. Upon expiry, the Bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited.

• One Bonus Per Person: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per User, per household address, per IP address and per payment method.

399be reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotional terms are determined entirely by the operator and may differ from illustrative examples used in educational content on the Platform.

All bets and gaming activity on the 399be Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game or market, as published by the relevant game provider or sportsbook. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game or betting event, the Platform's decision regarding the validity of any affected bet or result is final.

Bets cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed once confirmed by the system, except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game rules. 399be is not liable for any losses resulting from a User's failure to understand the rules of a game or betting market before placing a wager.

For sports betting — including Pakistan cricket, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other markets — odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of bet placement and confirmed by the system are the odds that apply to that bet. 399be does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399be Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias, for any purpose.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering or fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or pricing mistakes in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using third-party funds or employing systematic strategies to profit from promotional conditions contrary to their intended purpose.
• Attempting to access, interfere with or modify any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards Platform staff or other users.

Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended immediately, their balances frozen pending investigation, and their Bonuses and winnings forfeited. 399be reserves the right to pursue legal action where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

399be is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a fundamental obligation — not as a compliance formality. All Users are encouraged to engage with the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform and to gamble within their means at all times.

Available Responsible Gambling Controls:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit limits on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum acceptable loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Opt into regular on-screen reminders showing time elapsed and net session activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary cooling-off periods or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and taken seriously.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are gambling voluntarily, with funds you can afford to lose, and that you understand the inherent risks involved in gambling activity.

All intellectual property rights in the 399be Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, content, text and underlying code — are owned by or licensed to 399be and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Redistribute, sell, license, publish or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademark symbols or proprietary markings on Platform content.
• Scrape, data-mine or systematically extract content from the Platform for any purpose.

Any use of 399be's intellectual property beyond the scope of this limited licence requires prior written authorisation from 399be.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399be shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Platform or any game or service.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to protect your credentials.
• Delays or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any reliance placed on the educational or informational content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 399be makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

399be reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable additional policy.
• A User has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 11.
• A User's Account activity triggers AML or fraud risk controls requiring investigation.
• A User is determined to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory body or a court order.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the resolution of pending bets will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to completion of all KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates under its applicable operator license. Users in Pakistan should note that local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional obligations, restrictions or prohibitions on their gambling activity that are independent of and separate from these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. If you are uncertain about the legal status of online gambling activity in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before using the Platform.

399be reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. If any amended provision is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
